Dr. Diana Miranda’s thorough and comprehensive internal and external eye exams include testing for visual acuity, eye muscle tracking, a refractive visual analysis, color vision tests, plus visual-motor and binocular vision assessment. We accept AARP, Farm Bureau, AAA, School District #427, Northen Illinois University and senior vision discount plans, Eyemed comprehensive and discount plans, Superior Vision, VSP discount plan, NVA and Davis Vision. If your plan is not listed here, please contact us for the most current list of accepted plans.
In order to process your insurance and discount claims most efficiently, we ask that you show your coverage information at the time of service. This will help us verify the information and maximize your vision benefits.
